KITCHEN PREP & SERVICE  This seasonal position runs from May through October and supports all aspects of dinner service planning and plating at the Mouzon House. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for food and people. Responsibilities include all tasks necessary for prepping the nightly menu for dinner service. A highly tuned attention to detail is a must.  You will also be working on the line for our nightly weekend dinner service. This is a fast paced role that requires grace under pressure along with a strong attention to detail, well-honed presentation and plating skills, and a well-developed ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be confident but humble. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. 2+ years restaurant experience preferred.  30(+/-) hours a week.

DISHWASHER/PREP This is a part time position. Must be available evenings and weekends. 

RETAIL SHOP & RESTAURANT HOST STAFF We have part time, seasonal positions available working in our new retail shop.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help us build out this new piece of the The Mouzon House business.  Responsibilities will include sales, customers service, managing and stocking displays, developing and keeping track of inventory. Answering the phone, taking reservations and directing calls. Attention to detail a must.  2+ years retail experience and basic computer skills required. 

FRONT of HOUSE SERVER  This seasonal part time position involves working nights and weekends in our dining room as a part of our dinner service team.  This is a fast paced role that requires grace under pressure. Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail a must. 1+ years working in a restaurant preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
