Begin by filling out the event inquiry form on our website. This helps us gather basic details about your event.
After submitting the inquiry form, you’ll receive an email with our pricing guide and an event questionnaire. The questionnaire helps us understand your vision, preferences, and key details about your event.
We will put together a customized preliminary proposal for you to review. This is not final—it is simply an estimate based on your event size and service preferences. You can request updates or changes at any time to ensure it aligns with your needs.
if you’d like to see the space in person before making a decision, you can book a tour with us. This is a great opportunity to visualize your event at Mouzon House.
Once you’re ready to move forward, a deposit is required to officially book your event. At this stage, both parties will sign a contract to confirm the details and terms of the event. After the deposit is made, we will schedule a phone consultation to go over all the details.
Approximately two months before your event, we will have a phone consultation to discuss all details, including food, beverage, timeline, and any special requests.
Two weeks prior to the event, all final details must be confirmed, including final headcount, pre-orders, and seating chart (if applicable).This can be done via email or we can schedule another phone call if needed.
On the day of your event, relax and let our team take care of everything since all details were finalized in advance. At the end of the event, the final bill will be settled.
